Albert graduated from the University of Queensland with First Class Honours in 2018. Since graduation he has worked in veterinary oncology, anaesthesia, as well as general practice. Prior to becoming a veterinarian Albert worked and researched in biomedical science at Melbourne University. During his veterinary degree he undertook a research externship examining leukaemia at Cornell University.
Albert commenced his specialty training in veterinary oncology at Perth in January 2021. He has a Golden Retriever called Flip and a Turkish Angora cat called Toby. Flip and Albert can often be seen at City Beach swimming and enjoying the sunshine.
