Perth Veterinary Specialists are committed to ensuring that all our valued clients and their much-loved pets can access appointments with our team as quickly as possible. Not unlike human healthcare, as a specialist referral hospital, we often have waitlists for many of our Specialists. Whilst we know that there will always be circumstances that may require you to cancel or rebook an appointment, please note our cancellation policy below.
There will be no charge for cancellations made with 24 hours’ notice.
We reserve the right to charge 100% of the consultation or procedure fee if an appointment is missed without notice.
We reserve the right to charge a fee equivalent to 50% of the consult or procedure fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Should an appointment or procedure be cancelled and re-booked more than twice, we will we require a deposit of 50% of the consult or procedure fee to make a subsequent appointment.
For appointments in our Oncology department that were being held for an emergency case, we reserve the right to request a deposit equivalent to 100% of the consultation fee.
